This just in:

In light of the Madrid bombing, France has raised its terror alert level from "Hide" to "Run".

The only two higher levels in  France are "Surrender" and "Collaborate".

In a related story, Spain's newly elected socialist government raised it's country's terror alert level to "Give In"

And it is considering raising it another notch to "Blame America"

For those of you interested in politics, check this out. Now don't take offense. In politics everyone is fair game.
